Ifeoluwa Folawiyo is a consultant with Ascend Studios Foundation, where she collaborates with the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment on the “Empower Lagos” project. This initiative is dedicated to upskilling creatives in Lagos, enhancing their opportunities for wealth building and employment. Ifeoluwa’s role in Empower Lagos emphasizes fostering international partnerships to secure co-production, collaboration, cultural exchange, and training opportunities for creatives in film, music, fashion, animation, and gaming.
In addition to her consultancy work, Ifeoluwa is the founder of Tafe Organic Rack, a natural skincare company. With over seven years of experience in cosmetics manufacturing, she has participated in various international B2B meetings and has trained over 100 women and youths in soap making. This was achieved through partnerships with organizations such as the Nigerian German Centre for Jobs, Migration, and Reintegration (NGC). Ifeoluwa specializes in using natural exotic African herbs, butters, and oils in her skincare products, all presented in eco-friendly packaging to support a healthy ecosystem.
Ifeoluwa is an alumna of The Enterprise Development Centre at Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, Fate Foundation Lagos, and the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) Lagos. She balances her professional endeavors with her role as a wife and mother to two beautiful children.
