Dr. Bada Akintunde-Johnson is an entertainment and Sports Media, Music, and Marketing communications professional who currently runs Paramount Africa in Nigeria as Country manager. Paramount owns entertainment brands such as Mtv, Mtv Base, Nickelodeon, BET, Comedy Central, Paramount pictures and the MTV Africa Music Awards. He is the co-founder of Africa Creative Market.
Bada also co-runs Peaceville Africa, a talent management and music production services company. He is a graduate of Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan, holds a post graduate diploma in Marketing Communications and is currently studying for an MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership in Germany. He holds a honorary doctorate degree in Media and marketing communications.
Dr. Bada was named as one of the 10 most powerful people in the media under 40 in Nigeria by Ynaija and continues to grow his influence with his work across the media and entertainment landscapes.
