Hillary Li is the Staff Attorney at Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Atlanta. As a part of the Litigation Department, Hillary focuses on impact litigation in the areas of immigrant justice and voting rights. In her time with Advancing Justice – Atlanta, she has been involved in litigating many challenges to immigration detention, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as cases against voter suppression in AAPI and other immigrant communities, including issues of language access and absentee ballots. Hillary received her B.A. in Psychology and Minor in Ethics from Emory University and graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2017.
