Jason Lamb is a crypto-currency enthusiast, a Guapcoin Masternode holder, and the Chief Legal Counsel and Managing Director of The Guap Foundation. He’s an experienced programmer, system architect, and IP attorney. Jason has over 20 years of experience in programming and systems design/integration, and brings 5+ years of
experience in copyright, patent, e-commerce and internet law. Jason’s legal work has focused on contract negotiation and drafting, IP licensing and due diligence, patents and trademarks, and software
commercialization.
He additionally has a wealth of entrepreneurial experience including startup operations (strategy and business ops), value proposition and business model development, and early stage venture
formation, funding, and governance. Jason is a Senior Licensing Associate at NC State University managing the IP and commercialization of all industrial design, software, database and data technologies.
Jason Lamb holds academic degrees in engineering (BS Computer Engr – Drexel University 2001) and law (JD Temple
University 2013, LL.M. Law and Entrepreneurship – Duke University 2014), is a registered Patent Attorney and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Jason’s design and programming experience has centered
around web design and coding with experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, C and C++, as well as PHP, Python
and BASH scripting.
