Kadiatou Tubman is an educator, scholar, and writer. She has over 10 years of youth development, facilitation, and historical research experience, which has equipped her with a critical understanding of history, systemic oppression, social movements, and individual impact.

Dr. Shamari Reid is an incoming Assistant Professor of Critical Studies in Education at The University of Oklahoma. His specific research interests includes Black youth agency, the role of critical love in education, and transformative teacher education.
