Paula Gammon Wilson – Voice Over Director and Producer
Paula Gammon Wilson is an award-winning voice over director and producer primarily for children’s content.
She is the Owner/Director of Pepsqually VO and Sound Design, Inc. in New York City, a boutique audio studio dedicated to children’s content and advertising; and Pepsqually Portugal Produções e Media Unipessoal, LDA in Lisbon, Portugal, a studio dedicated to the development of children’s content by and for marginalized populations.
Prior to shifting her focus to direction for voice over, Paula worked as a Union Production Stage Manager, actor, dancer, and choreographer in the US, South Korea, Argentina, Italy, the UK, and Dubai. She opened Pepsqually VO in 2014 and Pepsqually Portugal in 2020.
Since launching the company in 2014, she has grown Pepsqually from one series, 7 actors, and one engineer to regularly employing 80-200 actors across multiple series in seven languages. As of late 2020, the children’s narrative podcast programs for which Pepsqually VO has provided voice over performance direction, casting, and/or sound design have received eleven Parents’ Choice Awards, and the web-based animated projects for which Pepsqually VO has provided voice over direction, casting, and/or sound design, have collectively amassed over 900 million views on YouTube.
